Moving to a new location can often be exciting, and overwhelming. We here, at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, aim to offer a safe, secure and affordable housing whilst you learn the ins and outs of your new surroundings.
We have 24/7 Lifestyle facilities and activities exclusive to colleagues include a full fitness facility for $35.00 per month.
Meals on Duty
One complimentary hot meal per working day is offered in our staff cafeteria. Additional meals can be purchased for $5/meal.
Subsidized activities for hotel colleagues are organized and offered year-round including sky diving, paragliding, white water rafting, snowmobiling, ice climbing, rock climbing and team sports. Group trips are regularly arranged for colleagues to venues such as the Calgary Stampede, Banff and Canmore.
Destination Travel Program
Our All Heatists program, Bienvenue, NCA Employee Discount program and Mountain Experience Program are available to all regular full-time and part-time employees within the NCA region.
These programs provide employees with a discount to stay and experience any luxury and Mid-Scale hotel, resort, or property owned, operated or managed by Accor while on leisure travel outside their city or location.
Food & Beverage Discount
Colleagues enjoy a 30% discount in our hotel dining outlets, and a 25% discount on spa services and products. Discounted rentals are also available for canoeing, snowshoeing, skiing and skating.
