Members of the Food and Beverage team are ambassadors for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our dining experience. Providing warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests of our restaurants and lounges feel unique and valued. Our hotel has 6+ outlets ranging from grab and go items to casual dining to luxury fine dining. We also have a full department dedicated to Banquets.

Every memorable dining experience at our hotel begins behind the scenes with our Culinary team’s commitment to safe, efficient operations and devotion to providing exceptional cuisine. Made up of some of Fairmont’s most talented chefs, our Culinary team prepares beautiful cuisine for group and tour guests, as well as, our leisure travelers.

Stewarding

The backbone of kitchen belongs to the Stewarding team. Keeping the kitchens clean, stocked and running smoothly is their main priority. Our Stewarding colleagues take great pride in working hard and having fun!

Rooms

First impressions are everything! Our Rooms Division team welcomes our guests, manages room assignments and guest arrival and departure experiences. This team is passionate about delivering on the promise of excellence in Guest Service. Areas of expertise within our Rooms Division include Front Office, Concierge, Royal Service, Reservations, and Guest Services.

Housekeeping

Members of the housekeeping department are physically active and very detail oriented to ensure that the beautiful guest rooms and suites in our hotel are thoroughly cleaned and well maintained. This colleagues are the heart of our hotel!

Fairmont Gold

Our Fairmont Gold floor is a privileged hotel-within-a-hotel lifestyle experience. This is the next level of hospitality: a dedicated space in many of the hotels, featuring elevated guest room design and a fully staffed Fairmont Gold residents-only lounge. Resort Activities

Resort activities is made up of the Boathouse, Kid’s Camp, our Health Club and the Mountain Adventure Guide Program. Each summer, we welcome a brand new fun and energetic Boathouse team to introduce our guests to canoeing on Lake Louise.

Sales & Marketing

Representing Canada’s Western Mountain Region, our Sales & Marketing team is responsible for selling our resort, guest rooms, conference, meeting and event space to domestic and international groups, tours and leisure travelers. Our Marketing team ensures that our beautiful resort is well presented in various online and offline channels.

Conference Services

Representing Canada’s Western Mountain Region, our creative and innovative Conference Services Team works closely with the Sales and Food & Beverage departments to ensure conferences, meetings, weddings and special events are executed flawlessly.
