FOOD & BEVERAGE
Members of the Food and Beverage team are ambassadors for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our dining experience. Our hotel has 6+ outlets ranging from grab and go items to casual dining to luxury fine dining. We also have a full department dedicated to Banquets.
Members of the housekeeping department are physically active and very detail oriented. Our housekeeping Heartists ensure that the beautiful guest rooms and suites in our hotel are thoroughly cleaned and well maintained along with common areas of the hotel. This colleagues are the heart of our hotel!

Meet our Executive Chef, Nicholas Issel
First impressions are everything! Our Front Office team welcomes our guests, manages room assignments and guest arrival and departure experiences. This team is passionate about delivering on the promise of excellence in Guest Service. Areas of expertise within our Front Office Division include Front Desk, Concierge, Royal Service, Reservations, and Guest Services.
The backbone of kitchen belongs to the Stewarding team. Keeping the kitchens clean, stocked and running smoothly is their main priority. Our Stewarding colleagues take great pride in working hard and having fun!
Resort activities is made up of the Boathouse staff, Winter Rental Shop, Kid’s Adventure Camp, Health Club & Pool and the Mountain Adventure Guide Program. Each summer, we welcome a brand new fun and energetic Boathouse team to introduce our guests to canoeing on Lake Louise.

With a colleague community that can reach over 750, our Colleague Services team plays an influential role in the colleague experience, creating and maintaining excellence in performance and service to residents. This team will assist colleagues with staff housing, uniform & mail counter and Rockies Gym maintenance.
SALES & MARKETING
Representing Canada’s Western Mountain Region, our Sales & Marketing team is responsible for selling our resort, guest rooms, conference, meeting and event space to domestic and international groups, tours and leisure travelers. Our Marketing team ensures that our beautiful resort is well presented in various online and offline channels.
TALENT & CULTURE
Our Talent & Culture team are responsible for the recruitment and wellbeing of all colleagues. They are responsible for organizing colleague benefit programs, learning and development of leaders and colleagues and maintaining diplomacy in all areas of the hotel.
