Guide’s Residence
The Guide’s Residences are available to all employees. These four person units could consist of a dorm or two bedroom style units (shared bedrooms) that also share a kitchen, one common room area with two sofas and a coffee table, and one bathroom. Each person will have a twin bed, dresser and closet. There are also loft-style units which host two people in the upper area and three people below. These units consists of two shared bedrooms and have a balcony feature.
Rent is $161.00 bi-weekly.
Hector Residence
Eligibility to live in Hector is provided to specific positions, typically reserved for skilled colleagues, coordinators, and supervisors. Hector is a four level 44-unit building. Each unit is a two bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living space, and single washroom. These units are shared by two to three tenants. These units are furnished, and include complimentary wifi, heat, water and electricity.
Rent is $227.50 bi-weekly.
Spruce Grove Residence
Eligibility to live in Spruce Grove is allocated to supervisory positions and above. Spruce Grove units have a single washroom, full size kitchen and living space. These large units are shared by two to four tenants. These units are furnished, and include complimentary wifi, heat, water, and electricity.
Rent is $269.50 bi-weekly.
Studios
Eligibility to live in studio units are available to select management and department head positions. Studio units come equipped with a closed in balcony, private washroom, and kitchen. These units are furnished, and include complimentary wifi, heat, water, and electricity.

Victoria Manor
Eligibility to live in Victoria Manor is reserved for Executive and Director level positions. Victoria Manor is comprised of bachelor, one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom shared units. Each unit has one to two washrooms, a living space, and kitchen. Select units have dishwashers and in-suite laundry. These units are furnished, and include complimentary wifi, heat, water, and electricity.
Rent is dependent on apartment style.
