Staff Housing

Subsidized on-site, furnished accommodations are available for as little at $8.65/day to colleagues and managers at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. This perk provides our colleagues with the convenience of living only minutes from work and all of the incredible recreational activities in Lake Louise. It also provides our colleagues with an exceptional opportunity to save money.

In order to help us select a fitting roommate, please fill out the Residence Arrivals Questionnaire and e-mail it to cll.housing@fairmont.com at least one week prior to your arrival in Lake Louise.

Colleague Housing Building 1-4

Housing for Entry Level Positions – Buildings 1-4

Two styles of units in these buildings are offered to entry level colleagues. These two bedroom, four person units consist of a kitchen, one common room area with two sofas and a coffee table, and one bathroom. Each person will have a twin bed, dresser and closet. There are also loft-style units which host two people in the upper area and three people below. These units consists of two bedrooms and have a balcony feature.

*Rent is $125.30 bi-weekly.

Colleague Housing Buildings 1-4

Housing for Entry Level Positions – Building 1-4

Each person will have a twin bed, dresser and closet. Many colleagues decorate their units to personalize their living space and create a comfortable atmosphere.

Hector Kitchen

Housing for Various Positions – Hector

These units are offered to the following positions; Demi Chef de Partie and all Spa roles. This two bedroom, two person unit consists of a kitchen, one common area with a sofa and coffee table, and one bathroom. Each person will have a queen size bed, dresser and closet.

*Rent is $178.50 bi-weekly.

Hector Living Room

Housing for Various Positions – Hector

The common area consists of a sofa and coffee table. Many colleagues decorate their units to personalize their living space and create a comfortable atmosphere.

Leadership Housing

Leadership Housing Sprucegrove Building

Leadership Housing – Spruce Grove Building

Three styles of these units are offered to the following positions; all Coordinator, Supervisor and Manager roles. These two bedroom, two person units consist of a kitchen, common area with a sofa and coffee table, and one bathroom. Each person will have a queen size bed, dresser and closet. In addition, each person will have a small storage closet and is entitled to an underground parking spot.

*Rent is $217 bi-weekly.

Manager’s Unit – Buildings 1-4

These studio style units are offered to those in a Manager role. These units consist of a kitchen, living area with sofa and coffee table, closet and Sun Room. The Sun Room can be used for storage or an extension of the living space. Each unit includes a queen size bed.

*Rent is $196 bi-weekly.

Colleague Services Building

The home to our Colleague Services department, this is where our new employees check in on their first day. The Uniform Counter, Housing Counter, personal mailboxes, laundry room, Rockies Gym, Temple Pizza and Stables Pub are located in this building.

Rockies Gym – Lifestyles Facility

The Rockies Gym includes a computer room and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our fitness facility includes a great selection of cardio equipment, free weights, cable machines, yoga balls and mats. Memberships can be purchased at the Housing Counter by cash or payroll deduction for 1 month, 4 month, 8 month and 1 year passes.

The newest addition to our Colleague Services Building, our Lynx Lounge is a beautiful meeting room which can be rented by our colleagues for special events. Want to host a Thanksgiving dinner or special birthday? The Lynx Lounge is a perfect place to get together with your friends and take advantage of the full kitchen, dining room table and flat screen TV!

Drop by Stables Pub on any night of the week to listen to some music or have a drink with friends. A great place to play pool and participate in the many Lifestyles activities hosted here.

Temple Pizza, Colleague Services Building

Our Temple Pizza outlet is exclusive to our own colleagues and consists of a small grocery selection, eat-in and take-out menu.

You can purchase fresh fruits and vegetables year round from Temple Pizza. During the summer season, they offer Farm Boxes; which is seasonal fruits and vegetables from local farmers. Our Farm Boxes also come with delicious recipes from our Executive Chef!
