Meet our Star Colleague & Leader of the Year

Our Service Plus Recognition Program was developed to encourage, recognize and reward outstanding Colleagues who deliver on Our Mission. The hotel recognizes two star colleagues per month; one Front of House and one Heart of House, as well as, one Leader of the Quarter. Annually, each hotel selects a Star Colleague and Leader of the Year from the previous 12 months to recognize individuals who demonstrate consistent star performance and model the Fairmont Values of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability and Excellence. The Star and Leader of the Year are awarded with a “custom memory”, a trip to any of our FRHI hotels.  The award for Company Star and Company Leader of the Year is a cash award as determined by Corporate Human Resources.

It reaches back through your entire to the very moment you hear your name being awarded; the culmination of years of hard work, dedication, never giving up, the wins, the losses and through the relationships, family, and the experiences of adversity and success. It stems from the emotions and life lessons you learned and grew from to be able to achieve the results necessary for that year. It is a tremendous honor to be recognized and rewarded this way by your peers who are incredible people.
